Singapore’s Little India (or Tekka) is an ethnic Indian enclave that was created as one of Sir Stamford Raffles plan in the 1800s, for Singapore during the colonial-era. Whilst it’s no longer a solely Indian neighbourhood, mainly due to the government’s racial integration/harmony policies, it still retained its vibrant Indian cultural and commercial heritage in modern times. Tour starts at Singapore Time 1000hrs (UTC + 8hrs) sharp.
Please make sure that you arrive at the designated meeting point on time as the tour will have to start at the stipulated time.
Who do i look for at the meeting point?
- We will provide you with your Tourist Guide's contact number on your scheduled date.
- You can contact us anytime if you are unable to reach the designated Tourist Guide.
